Mr Bernard Tripp, the New Zealand pastoralist, who is spending a holiday in Australia, has received an invitation from Sir John Higgins to_ attend the Wool Convention at Melbourne on August 29th. The conference will discuss the procedure to be adopted regarding the allocation and disposal of the carry-over wool and the current dip of wool for the 1922-23 season, and will consider, from a statistical paint of view, the position of the merino and crossbred wools, ripd the stabihsatkm of Hie wool market, particularly in regard to crossbreds.
