Father obtained discharge. Training ship again. Discharged. Joined' engineering firm. Lost situation at lock-out. Worked for baker. Discharged for stealing. The boy pleaded for another chance, saying he had an opportunity of going out to his brother-in-law in Canada. . The chairman (Mr W. W. Scott): I don’t think that Canada, would offer you a very warm welcome with such a record as you have. It is a deplorable record. Before leaving the court the boy’s mother embraced him affectionately. Within a few weeks patrol automobiles of the_New York Police Department will all be equipped with wireless apparatus. A special wave length is exclusively used for the police department.
