CRIMINAL SESSION OPENS MAY oth. BIG LIST OF CASES. In the Supreme Court on Monday, Mr Justice Hosking went through the list, of the remaining • civil, criminal, and divorce cases, with the result that the fixtures for the various hearings are as follow: Wednesday, April 26th—Judgment will be delivered in Quin v. i/eckston; Brannigan v. Friday, April 28th.—Bolus and Co. v. Ingtis Bros. Chamber sitting to follow. Saturday, April 29th.—Divorce Court. Monday, May Ist. —Norton v. Meat Pnking Company. Cox v. Keating to follow. Tuesday, May 2nd. —Application for rule nisi in connection with deceased estate re Fair, deceased. Wednesday, Ma 3rd.—Ariki v. Sidaway, Jobson v. Ludlow to follow. Friday, May sth.—Nelson Tanneries case, being ah application under the Companies Act. M. Sanderson v. Corvissiano to follow. Saturday,- May 6th,—Fix the civil list. Tuesday, May 9th.—Opening of the criminal and civil, sessions. Prisonres for sentence will be dealt with at the Supreme Court, Wellington, on Wednesday, at 9 a.m.
