PRUSSIAN PLEBISCITES
VOTING IN FAVOUR OF GEEMANY. (Reuter’s Telcaram.l BERLIN, July 10. Returns from the East and West Prussian plebiscites under the Peace Treaty, to decide the nationality of certain districts, have been in tho nature of a landslide in favour of Germany and against Poland. The West Prussian results so far are 12 to 1, and tho East Prussian 50 to 1, in favour of Germany.
