THE WAIRARAPA SCHEME. The progress of the Wairarapa hydro-electric scheme continues unhampered. The engineer (Mr Toogood) informed an "Age", reporter that during the last month he had attended to many important details necessary for the development of the scheme, and everything was proceeding as fast_ as time and circumstances would permit.
