THE JOINT RESOLUTION.
WILL PRESIDENT WILSON SIGNS' Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. ■WASHINGTON, April 11. .The House ot Representatives haying passed the joint peace resolution it is now expected that tho Senate will consider the measure to-morrow. Tho opponents of the Treaty are confident that the majority of the Senate will vote for the resolution, which will immediately render void many war-time powers conferred on President Wilson. The Republicans are doubtful whether President Wilson will sign the resolution. _^
