At a meeting of the Canttrbuiy members of Parlianiont to-day, it wns decided that another telegram be sent, to the Minister for Public Works, ursmg tho speedy completion of tlie Otira tunnel, and emphasising the advantages that would result in connection -with the pupply of timber and coal.
