MEETING OF WELLINGTON CENTRE. At a meeting of tho Wellington centra last night, M.r A. \V. Travel's in tho chair), it was decided to grant affiliation to the Papatawa Sports Club, YVoodville, and approve their programme. M. Ni'Kdalo uppliod for reinstatement. E. Mtilouhv -applied for reinstatement.—Not recommended. Rf Solby was granted reinstatement. It was suggested tnat tho Carterton Club affiliate with tho Wellington centre. The Carterton Club's programme for 6th was approved. Mr R. W. MeViMy was appointed to replevin tho Weliinjrton centre at tho conference between the City Council and Wellington Cricket Association re charges for city reserves. P. Webster, of New Plymouth, wrote that it was his Intention 'to restart amaloi|i- athletics in hia eitv next eeason. lho Brooklyn Club advised that F. Harlen had been elected their delegate m tho Wellington centre. D. Alabaster was appointed delegate to Uio Olympic Barriers.
