G. F. MOORE’S STUD. big prices realised. PRESS ASSOCIATION. WANGANUI, April 9. At a sale of Hereford cattle, hold here to-day on behalf of Hr .O. Moore, of Kai Iwi, two _ two-year-old heifers averaged 97i guineas, year-* ling heifer., 80 gumean. heifer culvw» 31 guineas, yearling bulls 70 guineas, two-year-old bulls 66 guineas, old buds Soj guineas, and run bulls 22J gumeSA yearling bull was sold for 1000 guineas to Mr E. M. Hutchinson, of Gisborne, and is believed to oe a record for Now Zealand. Ihe imported bull Rufus was bought by Mr H. Campbell, of Hawke's Bay, for 350 guineas, and Royal Navy, a itcally-bred two-year-old animal, was bought- by Mr B. M. Hutchinson, ot Gisborne, for 1000 guineas Buyers were present from various parts of tho Dominion.
