A PLOT REVEALED
FOR MEXICAN REVOLUTION EXTENSIVE PREPARATIONS IN UNITED STATES. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright Reuter’a'Telegram. EL PASO, April 7. The reports of the officials iiivestigating the widespread revolutionary plot, fostered by agents in the United States, to overthrow the Mexican Government, include much correspondence of the agents with Villa. The plotter: proposed to cross into Lower California, and seize that State, with large quantities of arms and ammunition, and .then attack Houora. and Sinaloa while Villistas opened the revolution in Chihuahua. Bribes were to be paid to tho Yaqui Indians. Colonel Chavez; of Villa’s army, was arrested at Los Angeles, and confessed his part. Three ■othexsiiavo been arrested, and charged with violating the neutrality of the 1 United States by fostering a revolt against a Government which the United States recognised. •.
