ULSTER’S INTERESTS
POLITICAL ORGANISATIONS TO BE REVIVED. (Reuter’s Telegram.) LONDON, August 9. ‘ Sir Edward Carson, presiding at a special meeting of tho Lister Unionist Council in Belfast, stated that he had decided to revive political organisations in Ulster. Ho will inaugurate Ills political campaign in September.
