CAMP NOTES

FEATHERSTON. The work of demobilisation continues, and men are being discharged at the rate of about 500 per day. A special train loft for Auckland yesterday with a number of men hound for their homes. Tauhorenikau Camp is practically empty, and the work of breaking up the camp is now centred at Featherston. Colonel MacDonald, who has been absent from tho camp through illness, has now returned, and ho is acting as Camp Commandant during tho absence of Colonel Adams.
