ARBITRATION COURT

FREEZERS CONSIDER IT USELESS Strong comment of the Arbitration Court was made at the recent conference of the national executive of the Freezers' Union. The following resolution was carried in this respect:— That this executive considers that the Court of Arbitration, having failed to realise its responsibilities to the workers during the war period, it is useless to invoke its aid in securing just and equitable conditions of employment.
