CABLE TRAFFIC DELAYED

DIVERSION TO THE PACIFIC -• KOUTE. The Secretary, G.P.0., announces ■that deferred cable traffic "Via Eastern" has been suspended. Full rate traffic to Great Britain and Europe is to be diverted to the Pacific route until further notice. The Pacific Cable Board notifies that heavy delay is expected on all classes of cable traffic. E.i'.M. traffic, including E.F.H. bank remittance telegrams has been suspended on both routes.
