Mr S. E. S.M., dealt with tho police oasts at the Maßistrate's Court yesterday.
Two severe ee&tescea were imposed fo.r drunkenness. Thomas Eimmer, a man with nvo previous oonviotions for drunkenness, was sent to prison for two months and Albert Edward Boveon, with throe previous convictions, received, a sentence of ons month. Throe first offending drunks were leniently dealt with.
Harold Francis Sherwood linn was remanded fox a week on charges oi drunkenness and indecency.
