CRICKET

A NEW CLUB. A recently-formed cricket club is that of tho Munitions and Supplies Department, which is entering a team in the junior competition. The following officers have been ejected for the coming season: Patron, Hon. Arthur M. Myers; president, Mr A. H. Allies; vice-presi-dents, Messrs G. Wilson, A. Macintosh, S. Kirkcaldie, J. L. Morrison, AI. P Cameron, A. Al. Adams, A. H. Stevenson, and J. A. Aylmer; committee, Alessrs F. P. Monk, R. O. Johnston, and G. W. Humphries; secretary and treasurer, Air P. N. Williams. Air A. L. Nelson was elected club captain, and Air G. AY. Humphries vice-captain. The club has commenced practice, and a successful season is anticipated.
