Sir, —Will you kindly allow me to appeal to all women who are interested in the protection of young girls to attend a meeting at 3 p.m. to-day, at the Esperanto Hall, 156 Lamb ton quay, rto discuss the Bill on Social Hygiene which is now before Parliament. In the o-pLuion of women engaged in social reform work the Bill is a serious menace to the community, and will endanger the safety of ©very young girl and ytoung wife, especially soldiers* wives and war workers. .
