DISSOLUTION OF PARLIAMENT DEMANDED.' By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. PEKIN. June 11. General Chang Shung, the former Military Governor of Anhwei Province, has demanded the dissolution of Parliament in forty-eight hours. Several thousand of his troops have arrived. The President refused unless in compliance with the Constitution. Parliament urges the President not to dissolve it.
