The local agents for the Shaw, Savill, and Albion .Company advise that tho steamer Kiu Ora, ■ which has been discharging explosives at tho powder anchorage at Auckland the past two days, is to berth at the northern port this morning to commence discharging her London cargo. The message also stated that the vessel was meeting heavy southerly weather, which accounts for her lato arrival. She will probably remain at an anchorage in the stream until tomorrow' morning, when she will be medically examined, and after boin., granted pratique will berth at No. -. Queen’s wharf, to discharge over 1000 tons of cargo. In accordance with the new time-table arrangement, the Malta! will not proceed to Sydney, but will leave Wellington on Thursday, December 9th.
