WEATHER PROSPECTS.
GENERAL FORECAST FOR TO-DAT. (By the Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (5 p-m. yesterday) are for moderate to strong southerly winds, veering by west to north and then, increasing. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but showery on the West Coast and southern districts. Barometer little movement at present, but falling in the south after about twenty-four hours.
