In the Supreme Court a case, the Public Trustee against the, Rational Insurance Company,, in which £SOO wan da limed under ah adeident insurance nolicy on the lifpof. the late Rev. E'. £l. Woodhbuse, who was drowned about' tiMslve rhonths hgo ih the Malyneaux River, came before ,Mr .Justice Sim today. ' ■ 1 After the case had been gone into at I some length judgment was consented to for the sum claimed. Certiiln bests were Allowed, bub wilii'cfescs' eijiteflscs and cads' of second counsel were refused. His Honour adding that information throwing light on particulars concerning the death of Woodhouee should have been communicated to defendants by the plaintifl.
