PICKED UP AT SEA
RUSSIAN STEAMER ASHORE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrighi FREMANTLE, Juno 21. During the passage from Aden to Colombo the Orsova picked up a crew of three men in an open boat flying the Russian ensign. They proved to be the chief officer and two of the crew of the Russian steamer Baron Driesen (4036 tons), which went ashore near Gardaui. The boat, in seeking assistance, sighted several ships prior to the Orsova, but all made off at top speed, thinking it a German trick. The Orsova visited the stranded ship and found she was in no immediate danger. The crew were sate.
