Messrs Harcourt and Co. announce in our advertising columns particulars, of an auction sale to be held at their rooms, 196 Lambton quay, on Wednesday next, 18th inst.. at 2.30 p.m., when the modern family residence, No. 163 Wellington terrace, will be offered. Tho property is erected on a section with frontage to the terrace of 70ft 6in by a maximum depth of 78ft Sin, with a total area of 19.8 perches. Aislabie will address the electors at Moore’s Hall, Johnsonville, in support of his Liberal candidature, at S p.m. oh Monday. Boyd Bros, and Kirk, Ltd., are advertising for an assistant manager. The Wellington Harbour Board requires tenders for hoop steel and studs for wool-pressing purposes. A public meeting will bo held at Mr Fairway’s Tea Rooms, Lyall Bay, at 8 p.m. on' Tuesday, for the purpose of forming a Ratepayers’ Association.
