Russia is ordering ten Sixorsky aeroplanes at a cost of a million roubles. AIRSHIP FALLS INTO SEA. JERUSALEM, March 12. Nuri Bey and Ismail Bey were manoeuvring in a Turkish airship when it fell into the sea at Jaffa. The men swam ashore in an exhausted condition. Nuri Bey succumbed. AERIAL POSTAL SERVICE. "Times” and Sydney "Sun” Services. (Received March 13, 5.20 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE. March 13. Turkey has approved the establishment of an aerial postal service between Aleppo and Bagdad to replace the camel caravan.
