THOUSANDS OF POUNDS STOLEN 87 Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received March 12, 9.30 p.m.) OTTAWA, March 12. Five bandits held up the Abbotsford branch of the Royal Bank. They looked the cashier and the accountant into a hack room, and escaped with all the available cash, amounting to; several thousand pounds. The police arc pursuing the bandits. During their flight the theives dropped £IOOO of the stolen money. -
