MORE AMERICAN TROOPS FOB BORDER. ELIMINATION OF HUERTA. «lv Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received March 12, 10.45 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 12. Additional troops have been ordered to the Mexican border, where 18,000 axe already mustered. Felix Diaz has arrived at Washington, and is asking for consideration of a new plan for the elimination of Huerta to settle the Mexican question.
