POLITICAL LEVY
FOR BUILDING AND RAILWAY UNIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received Mjrch 12, 11.40 p.m.) LONDON, March 12. A conference of representatives of the building trade and National Union of Railwaymen, by 102,270 votes to 34,953, decided to make a levy of one shilling per member for political purposes. It is estimated this will realise £BOOO per annum.
