Present indications (5 p.m. yesterday) are for moderate to strong northerly and westerly winds, increasing in and southward of Cook Strait, with fair to icfioudy weathcir generally and raito probable on the West Coast and southern districts. Tho barometer has a falling tendency everywhere-
