DAY’S BAY SALE

Messrs Wm. H. Turnbull and Co. report that the public auction of the balance of the Day’s Bay sections held on Wednesday evening at their rooms was attended by over 100 people. The bidding towards the end was particularly brisk and resulted in the sale of the following lots at satisfactory prices:—Kotari road, sections Nos. 4, 8, 9 and 16, also section No. 11 with five-roomed bungalow thereon. Korimako road, sections Nos. 60, 52, 63, 54 and 55. Pitotitoi road, sections Nos. 1,2, 17, 18 and 19. Ferry road, section No v 2 \and 255 feet to corner of Ferry road and Kotari road. Only 17 sections remain for sale, and it is expected that these will be quitted during the next few days. Full particulars of the unsold sections appear in our advertising columns.
