AUCKLAND GAS
COMPANY INCREASES THE PRICE.
Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 12. The Auckland Gas Company, finding unworkable the proposal to charge rent for meters, has decided to replace it by increasing the price of gas by threepence per thousand cubic feet, making the net price 4s 6d per thousand.
