SALE OF BUILDING SITES
Messrs Harcourt and Co. advertise the auction sale of Eastbourne and Seatoun building sites to be held at their rooms, 195, Lambton quay, this afternoon, at 2.30 o’clock. The sections, close to the Bona Bay wharf and facing tbo beach. Nos. 4 to 10 inclusive, will, be offered first. In Tuatoru road sections 82, 83. and 84 have frontages of 40 and 70 feet respectively by depths of 132 ft, There is also a large piece of land with a frontage of 110 ft to the beach by a depth or about 115 ft, which adjoins the property of W. G. Mantell, Esq., and abuts on to sections 83 and 84, Tuatoru road. Sections 9 and 10, County road, are situated on the western side of the road, adjacant to the Scots Church, and have frontages of 40ft by depths of 132 ft. Sections 11 and 12 on the re-subdivi-sional plan of block 14, Seatoun, each with a frontage of 33ft to Inglis and Monro streets by depths of 165 ft, will .also be submitted for sale*
