MANAWATU CLUB. The annual general meeting of the Wellington branch of the ManawatU Hunt Club was held at Bellevue Gardens Hotel, Lower Hutt, on Tuesday evening. 'Major A. M. Samuel (re-elected) j committee, Messrs Manning, Hunter and Evison; treasurer, Mr S. N. Campbell; secretary, Mr N,. H- Mackie. A ground committee was also set up. Members mere very enthusiastic, and everything augurs well for a successful and enjoyable season. The date of the first meet will be announced later. '
