The Postmaster-General (Mr Herbert Samuel), speaking at a meeting of the Empire League in the Mansion House, said constipations between the Imperial and Dominions’ Governments for a uniform naturalisation of all citizens of too Empire had been completed. The Government hopes to introduof a bill during the coming session erabodying the league’s principles as fai as circumstances will allow.
