AGRICULTURAL LECTURES
PRESS ASSOCIATION, TIMAJIU, July 9. Tho A. and P. Association’s commitloo has decided to pay £25 towards last year’s salary of the Education Board’s agricultural instructor, and will repeat it for tho current year on tho conditions that Mr Brown gives three lectures to farmers. Mr John Withell said they had a remarkably good man in Mr Brown; ono lecture ho had given on manure was alono worth £25. Tho committee appointed two delegates to the Dunedin conference to consider the establishment of a Clydesdale Stud Book for New Zealand.
