The inability of a single member of the Ohio House of Representatives to say offhand -whether a cow’s ears are behind or in front of' its horns has (says tho New York correspondent of th© Central News Agency) resulted in th© passage of a. Bill to teach agriculture in the countrv schools. Th© Bill was receiving what a Columbus correspondent, describes ,as a “hard sledding,” when un rose Representative Braschler, and asked the opponents of the measure to give the location of a cow's ears. Not ono man In the House was able to do fo. Mr Brasohler professed to know, but declined, nevertheless, to let out the secret, and th© BUI was passed unanimously.
