REPRESENTATION ON THE HAGUE PRIZE COURT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, April 20. In tho course of his speech in the House of Commons yesterday on Imperial Conference matters, the Hon. Walter Guinness, Unionist member .for Bury St. Edmunds, said that had tho Colonial Office been in closer touch with overseas Dominions’ opinion, it might have secured their representation on tho International Prize Court. Mr T. McKinnon Wood, Parliamentary Under-Secretary to tho Foreign Office, replied that reflection would have shown Mr Guinness that it was hardly likely foreign nations would grant Britain five or six votes on tho court.
