It is officially announced that Sir John Michael Fleetwood Fuller,- f ViceChamberlain, and member of the House of Commons for -the Westbury division of Wiltshire, will succeed Sir Thomas Gibson-Carmichael as Governor of Victoria.

(Received February 5, 5.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, February 5. Sir Thomas Gibsou-Ciarmichael leaves Victoria in May nest.
