In the case of tho National Phonograph Company versus Monek, the Judicial Committee of the House ot lords recommend that the decision of the High Court should bo reversed, and in lie thereof that an injunction should be issued restraining the respondent from infringing the letters pa tent, and quo ad ultra that the appellant’s claims in the adtion lie dismissed, the award if costs in favour of respondent in the court belou to stand, tho respondent to he entitle to costs as between tbo solicitor and client. LONDON. February 3. The appeal in the cose of Brown v Brown has been dismissed, with costs.
