MAGISTRATE’S COURT
TUESDAY. NOVEMBER 22. (Before Mr W. G. Riddell, S.M.) DISORDERLY' CONDUCT. A powerfully-built, labouring man named Patrick Car-roll, who had a record of twenty-one previous convictions against ills name, pleaded guilty to behaving in. a disorderly manner in Taranaki street, whereby a breach of tho peace was occasioned, and was fined 40s. or seven days’ imprisonment. (Before Dr McArthur, SAT.) CLAIM ROB MILK SUPPLIED. Reserved judgment was delivered in the ease in which Thorvakl Christensen, farmer. To lloro, sued Thomas Dill, dairyman, of Johnsonville, for AlliO 13s Id, being Xol) 13s Id dno for milk supplied, and £9l damages for broach of contract in connection with the supply ami delivery of milk. Defendant counterclaimed X 29 as damages and loss sustained through plaintiff determining the contract. , Defendant paid All ISs Id into court. J udgment was given for plaintiff on the claim for JE3O 13s Id, and also for the full amount ‘of tho counterclaim. Usual costs wore allowed.
Mr Kirk appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr P. Jackson for the defendant. MASSEUR’S CLAIM PAILS.
Judgment was given for defendantwith costs, JM 15s, in tho case in which Walter P. Potts, masseur, sued Anton J. Max, of Carterton, for .£9 10s, being four weeks’ hydropathic treatment of defendants son. ... Mr Anderson appeared ■ for plain-fan, and Mr H. Hart for defendant. DEFAULT CASES.

F. S. B. Waite was ordered to pay £22 2s lid to W. Littlejohn-and Son on or before December Gth, in default -fourteen days’ imprisonment in Wanganui gaol.
