INSTRUCTION IN DAIRYING
COMMISSIONER'S STAFF INSUFFICIENT. Some time ago the Chief Commission- %' °L Dairying was approached by the Stratford Technical School Committee with a request that he should place at their disposal for a short time the l serv'°fs of an expert to assist in the work ot the dairy classes now running at the school. A letter has been received from the Commissioner re the matter. Ha E W 3 = "I. was hopeful that we would be able to give you some assistance in this question, but of late we have been more than usually busy; in fact, we are finding that tho number of officers in the
