Putting: aside old prejudices, we have recently commenced brew ing a comparatively light Pale Ale from a blending of English, Californian, - and New Zealand Hops, which, together with Malt manufactured from a careful selection of Canterbury Barley, has enabled us to produce an ideal Ale. It has that delicately bitter flavour which is only obtained by skilfully blending the choicest Hops with properly prepared Malt.
