£120,000 INVOLVED. THREE MEN ARRESTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, February 16. The " Daily Mail" states that Juhel, a coffee-broker at Havre, has been arrested in connection with defalcations totalling £120,000 in the accounts of the local bank which lends money to merchants on warehoused goods. Le Merriere, his manager, and a clerk responsible for the books wherein the irregularities are shown, have been arrested.
