The Contest Department has three new offers to mate:.— (1) FIVE SOVEREIGNS will be given to the FIRST Candidate who, holding less than 81,000 votes on February 17th, works his, or her, way into Tenth Position on any day before the day on which the Contest closes. (2) FIVE SOVEREIGNS will be given to the FIRST Candidate who, holding less than 10,000 votes on February 17th) works his, or her, way into the Leading Twenty on any day before the day on which the Contest closes.
