By Telegraph—Press Association—Gopyright. LONDON, February 15. Mr Hikojiro Wada, Japanese Com-missioner-General at tho Anglo-Japan-ese Exhibition, was banqueted at the Hotel Cecil. . There were four hundred present, including ''many,' peers, merqbers of the House of Commons, tho Lord Mayor (Sir John Knill), several Admirals, and the Japanese Ambassador. The Duke of Norfolk, who presided, warmly welcomed Mr Wada.
