The following additionali candidates' who have completed a course as pupilteacher or probationer have been admitted to the Training College, Wellington I Alice H. Webb. Evelyn Elliott, Alice Campbell, Dorothy Jackson, and Lucy Jackson, Wellington; Doris Argylc, Ida Woodrufi, William Eulc, Mildred Shepherd, John Wells, Catherine. Peart, Hubert Henderson, and Albert Laroombe, Wangaaui; Grace Montague and Helen Eussell, Grey; Gcorse Bertrand, Isew Plymouth; Arthur Engbortscn, Christina llilne, and Mabel Wiseman, Hawke's Bay. Several applications for admission aro held over pending announcement of results of teachers' certificate examinations. It is certain that some must be refused admission, as the number of applications is considerably in excess of the available accommodation.
