Considering the extreme danger attending experiment* in flights, it is remarkable that so few lives liavo been lost up to date. r -\notl . accident Has caused
the death, of M. Fernandez, the French tailor, who, after making several successful flights in an aeroplane of his own deaden, mot with disaster through the explosion, of a petrol tank while in mid-air.
