FBESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, January 27. The annual report of the Auckland Gas Company shows that the net profits for the year were ;£*4,700. The directors reconiraend a dividend of 9s on fully paid shares, and a proportional dividend of 5s on paid shares, which, added to the dividend paid in July, amount to jC3i,2()S. This leaves a surplus oil thjß business of the rear of -£10,491. : -
