NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW
DAIRY PRODUCE CLASSES. At a meeting of the executive of the National Dairy Show at Pulmei-ston, on Saturday, suggestions from the Factory Managers' Association, in regard to the factory butter and cheese section were considered, and ivisely approved. The association asked that two extra classes be" placed on the prize schedule, ono for butter ' and another for case of export cheese, competition to be confined to members of the K'anagers' Association, far which the association would donate gold medals; that class 3 should be confined to any factory manager who has not previously won a prize at the National Dairy Show, prizes to be >w before; that in class i all tho exhibits should be selected from tho same day'si churning, tbat is, the butter to bo sent to store as •usual, and instead of selecting haphazard, •« has been tho custom in the post, the Dairy Show Committeo, when the time for selecting arrives to fix a particular day, and the butter which has ~e churning date for tnTr day to be selected. ° at
