Argument was ■ continued on a question of costs iu the case of William Douglas Lysnar, solicitor, of Gisbourne (appellant) and Aheuata Te Maire and Toko Itibara (respondents), an' appeal from the judgment of xVlr Justice Edwards. Mr L. T. Burnard (of Gisborne) appeared for the appellant, and the Hon. T. W. Hislop for tho respondents. Judgment was reserved. The Court adjourned until to-morrow at 10.30 a.m.
