The Standard!, tho Russian Royal yacht, is stranded on some submerged rocks at Horsoo, westward of Hangoe Head, on the north side of the entrance to the Gulf of Finland. A life-boat and seven torpedo-boats are standing by the yacht. Tho Czar and his family are remaining on board the Standards
